Residensi Wilayah adalah peningkatan dari segi saiz, kualiti, dan penyiapan yang lebih baik, serta kepadatan yang lebih rendah. Sebagai contoh, Rumawip mempunyai kira-kira 1,200 penghuni setiap ekar, manakala Residensi Wilayah hanya mempunyai 800 hingga 1,000 penghuni setiap ekar.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"qaef-8279\" class=\"qe-faq-toggle \">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-title\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-minus-circle\"><\/i> Apakah manfaat untuk pembeli rumah pertama bagi RUMAWIP \/ RESIDENSI WILAYAH KELUARGA MALAYSIA?\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-content\">\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Pinjaman bank 100% dengan syarat dan terma tertentu, terhad kepada hartanah kediaman yang bernilai antara RM100,000 dan RM500,000 (Layak bagi warganegara Malaysia atau pekerja sektor swasta berumur sehingga 40 tahun; pembeli rumah pertama dengan pendapatan kasar bulanan tidak melebihi RM5,000 jika peminjam tunggal atau pendapatan kasar bulanan tidak melebihi RM10,000 jika peminjam bersama (hanya keluarga)<\/li>\n<li>Pengecualian duti setem pada instrumen pemindahan dan perjanjian pinjaman untuk jualan dan pembelian yang dilaksanakan antara 1 Januari 2019 hingga 31 Disember 2020 untuk rumah yang berharga hingga RM300,000.<\/li>\n<li>Bagi rumah yang berharga antara RM300,001 hingga RM500,000, pengecualian duti setem pada instrumen pemindahan dan perjanjian pinjaman terhad kepada RM300,000 pertama sahaja dan hanya bagi SPA yang dilengkapkan antara 1 Julai 2019 hingga 31 Disember 2020.<\/li>\n<li>(Harga RUMAWIP \/ RESIDENSI WILAYAH KELUARGA MALAYSIA adalah terhad pada RM300,000 sahaja)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"qaef-8281\" class=\"qe-faq-toggle \">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-title\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-minus-circle\"><\/i> Berapa banyak RUMAWIP \/ RESIDENSI WILAYAH KELUARGA MALAYSIA yang akan dibina?\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-content\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dijangka sebanyak 80,000 unit RESIDENSI WILAYAH dirancang untuk pembinaan pada masa depan di Wilayah Persekutuan dalam tempoh 10 tahun (2019 &#8211; 2028).<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"qaef-8283\" class=\"qe-faq-toggle \">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-title\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-minus-circle\"><\/i> Bagaimana untuk memohon untuk RUMAWIP \/ RESIDENSI WILAYAH KELUARGA MALAYSIA?\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-content\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Permohonan boleh dibuat secara dalam talian di https:\/\/residensiwilayah.kwp.gov.my. Pemohon perlu memastikan bahawa alamat e-mel adalah tepat kerana semua pemberitahuan akan dihantar melalui e-mel. Sesetengah pembangun akan membantu anda untuk memohon di KWP selepas membuat tempahan unit.
