The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) launched i-Biaya on April 15, 2022, to facilitate housing financing for the B40 and M40 groups. Applicants for the Malaysian Family Residence (RWKM) can obtain further information about the i-Biaya initiative by visiting the I-BIAYA portal (kpkt.gov.my) or directly accessing the Housing Credit Guarantee Company (SJKP) portal at https://www.sjkp.com.my/ and the My First Home Scheme (SRP) portal at https://www.srp.com.my.
